Before founding Imbau Ranah Hijau, Sharon worked in several non-profit organizations, where she engaged with communities affected by climate change and extractive industries operation. These experiences deepened her understanding of grassroots challenges and community development, ultimately inspiring her to focus on empowering local communities in her hometown through sustainable and inclusive solutions.
Before establishing Imbau Ranah Hijau, she built a strong foundation in environmental science through her role as a chemical analyst at both the City Environmental Laboratory of Pariaman and the Provincial Environmental Laboratory of West Sumatra. Her direct involvement in monitoring pollution and assessing environmental quality motivated her to initiate a community-based organization focused on promoting environmental awareness and advancing sustainable solutions at the local level.
Before joining Imbau Ranah Hijau, Calvin worked in the marketing department of an IT company in Padang. His growing concern about the waste problem in the city eventually led him to become part of the initiative, contributing his skills to support community-based environmental solutions.
Before joining Imbau Ranah Hijau, Felix Pratama Putra worked at a foundation, where he was deeply involved in community engagement initiatives. His strong passion for empowering communities led him to join Imbau Ranah Hijau, where he now contributes to creating meaningful, sustainable change.
